Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to anyone who uses Unlisted, operated by Untamed Muse Ltd. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Unlisted does

Unlisted connects to your Gmail or Outlook mailbox, scans for subscription emails, and helps you unsubscribe from them. We read email headers only — never the content of your emails. Unsubscribe actions are taken on your behalf when you choose to act.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Unlisted. You may only connect mailboxes that you own or have explicit permission to manage.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Unlisted to process mailboxes you do not own or have permission to access
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

Billing and access

Unlisted offers a free tier and paid Pro plans. Pro plans are one-time purchases that grant access for a fixed period (90 days for Quarterly, 365 days for Annual). They are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew.

Payments are processed by Stripe. All purchases are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using the service, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

When your Pro access expires, your account moves to the free tier. Your data is retained and you can continue to use Unlisted within free tier limits.

Unsubscribe actions

When you trigger an unsubscribe, Unlisted sends a request to the sender on your behalf using the unsubscribe method they provided. We cannot guarantee that every sender will honour the request — some may take time to process, and some may not comply. We are not responsible for the behaviour of third-party senders.

Service availability

We aim to keep Unlisted available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or make changes to the service. We will try to give advance notice of any significant downtime.

Limitation of liability

Unlisted is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, all your data is permanently deleted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that point means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
